December 25, 1805, William Clark wrote in his journal that he "received from Meriwether Lewis, "fleece hosrie" socks for Christmas." Our current version of these fleece lined socks is based on research from the Lewis & Clark Expedition (1804-1806). Made with Tracie Yarn. All kits come with natural sliver roving for lining. Available in all colors.
