Alpaca fiber is knitted into a pile fabric, also known as alpaca sherpa. We used Reprieve recycled nylon to knit the fabric together. We labeled this product 97% Alpaca and then the other 3 percent is the weight for the thread that holds this fabric together.

Alpaca sherpa hats are soft to the touch and thermoregulating. Meaning, it will keep you at the perfect temperature, not too hot, not too cold. Alpaca is naturally hypoallergic, antimicrobial and just a wonderful natural fiber. The fiber is 3/8’s of an inch long.
