Our Work Family

Stacie owner of Imperial Yarn

Stacie Chavez, Leader of The Herd

Stacie is also a lover of the outdoors!  Living in Central Oregon is such a blessing.  We are surrounded by so much natural beauty.  We have world-class rafting 10 minutes from our office.  We can hunt, fish, camp….or tend to animals.  Since arriving at Imperial Yarn, we have navigated all kinds of water.  We produce yarns made from our lovely fibers.  It is a joy to create all day and work with many wonderful customers…..  Since joining and leading the charge in  2015, many life-changing lessons have been learned.   We have a sizeable open-range herd of alpacas, Rambouillet Sheep, llamas, working dogs, and spoiled cats.  Come visit our office or animals in Tygh Valley, Oregon — Our gate is always open!

Tangie Wilson, Operations

Tangie has been with Imperial yarn since 2013.  This photo is a perfect summation of Tangie. She’s always on the go.  Lover of life, mother of 5, and the kindest, most caring person anyone could ever want to meet.  We work hard at Imperial Yarn, but we also play hard.  Whether it’s some yarn, packing an order, or a booth for a show, Tangie is always ready to go.  There are days we have to go out and round up animals, and here at Imperial Yarn, we do it all!!!
